Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
Property Access
- Park under the carport at the paved driveway and walk down the mossy and cobblestone path to the house. There are 8 steps to the covered deck, then you are inside.
- One bay of the garage is available for guest parking; the garage is a short open-air walk to the front door.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
Policies and Rules
- Quiet hours begin at 10pm; there are full-time residents nearby.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs (40 pound weight limit per dog) with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
Fees and Payments
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax per night.
- Additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax for up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs (40 pound weight limit per dog). Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: STRICT: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.

- Total parking for 4 vehicles.
- Paved parking space for up to 3 vehicles; one space is covered under the carport.
- One bay of the garage is available for guests to park; the garage is a short open-air walk to the front door of the house.

- Well-stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking basics.
- Starter set of paper products provided: one roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. Items provided are generally sufficient for one or two nights.
